Signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between UEH College of Economics, Law and Government and Saigonmind Law Company Limited

With the goal of connecting UEH and legal organizations, on the morning of November 29, 2023, at Campus B – 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10, the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (CLEG-UEH) and Saigonmind Law Company Limited took place. This important event marked the long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two sides in research, teaching and specialist exchange.

Attending the Signing Ceremony, on behalf of UEH, there was the presence of Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Khanh Nam – Vice Head of UEH College of Economics, Law and Government; Dr. Duong Kim The Nguyen – Dean of the School of Law; Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh – Vice Dean of the School of Law, with lecturers of the School of Law, CELG-UEH and those who are program directors of the School of Law.

On the side of Saigonmind Law Company Limited, there was the participation of Mr. Ho Huu Hoanh – Director/Managing Lawyer; Mr. Nguyen Chi Giang – Head of Procedures – Administrative Department; Lawyer Tran Phan Hoai Phuong – Deputy Director of Consulting.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Duong Kim The Nguyen and Lawyer Ho Huu Hoanh expressed their desire to open long-term cooperation between the two sides in carrying out research activities, exchanging information and organizing seminars and workshops in the future.

The Signing Ceremony marked an important milestone in the cooperation between UEH College of Economics, Law and Government and Saigonmind Law Company Limited. This cooperation agreement would facilitate UEH lecturers and students the opportunity to visit, practice, interact, hone skills and exchange with arbitrators in carrying out legal activities.

UEH activities in recent times always receive the companionship and support of partner businesses. The close connection between UEH and businesses in many aspects is a significant factor and premise for creating many development opportunities for the school, businesses, and students.
