UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University: 19 Activities, 4 Action Chains, One Journey of “Growing Well Together”
28 August, 2026
As part of the implementation of the key UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University initiative – a university fostering holistic wellbeing, a series of 19 activities is organized around four key action chains: Healthy Body, Happy Meal, Focus & Resilience and Flourish. All activities contribute to a shared goal of “Growing Well Together”, where every UEHer is cared for, connected and empowered to flourish holistically.
At UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University, happiness is not viewed merely as an emotion. It is about enabling individuals to flourish holistically, with good health, a sense of belonging, opportunities for growth, a sense of meaning in learning and work, and ultimately, the ability to contribute to others. This approach can be captured in three dimensions: Inclusive Growth – Meaningful Growth – and Impactful Growth.
This journey is brought to life through 19 activities for the UEHer community in diverse formats, including training sessions, workshops, talkshows, experiential activities and online challenges, connected through four action chains: Healthy Body – Happy Meal – Focus & Resilience – Flourish. Together, they create meaningful touchpoints for every UEHer to take part in building a university environment that fosters holistic wellbeing.

From caring for physical health and making healthy nutritional choices to nurturing mental wellbeing, flourishing holistically and connecting with the community, 19 activities throughout the UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University journey create diverse touchpoints for every UEHer to proactively care for themselves and spread positive values.
The four action chains – Healthy Body, Happy Meal, Focus & Resilience, Flourish – do not exist independently. Instead, they complement one another, laying the foundation for the UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing – a university fostering holistic wellbeing: becoming healthier physically, stronger mentally and more fulfilled in personal development.
Change begins with each individual. As individuals embrace positive changes, meaningful connections are nurtured; and from these connections, a happy, humane and sustainable UEH community is gradually built.
Growing Well Together is therefore more than a message for a series of activities. It is an invitation for every UEHer to start with small actions, care for themselves, look out for those around them and proactively create positive value for the community./.
