UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University: Looking Back on the Happy Journey of Nurturing Body, Mind, and Spirit across 4 Diverse Experience Stations at UEH Family Fair 2026

As part of UEH Family Fair 2026: Embracing Wellbeing Home, the Happy Journey brought the UEH family community a series of engaging experiences across four themed stations: Healthy Body, Happy Meal, Focus & Resilience, and Flourish. Each station represented a unique touchpoint in the journey of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit, enabling families to stay active, care for their well-being, strengthen mental wellness, and deepen family connections within the UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University ecosystem.

Healthy Body – A Stop to Inspire Positive Energy for Physical Well-being
A healthy body is the foundation for effective learning, productive work, and a fulfilling life. Guided by this belief, the Healthy Body Station at UEH Family Fair 2026 offered a vibrant space where UEHers and their loved ones could exercise together, strengthen teamwork, and spread positive energy through a variety of physical activities.
Healthy Body encouraged UEHers and their families to prioritize physical well-being, maintain an active lifestyle, and cultivate healthy exercise habits in everyday life. By creating a dynamic and healthy recreational environment, the station also fostered stronger family bonds through exciting team-based challenges and collaborative activities.

Happy Meal – A Stop to Inspire Positive Energy for Physical Well-being
Aligned with the UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University model, a healthy lifestyle begins with balanced nutrition, serving as an essential foundation for holistic physical and mental development. Therefore, the Happy Meal Station offered a series of engaging hands-on activities, enabling UEHers and their families to explore nutrition knowledge, make smarter food choices, and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Through interactive and educational activities such as Happy Meal Quiz Challenge, Smart Shopper, Healthy Color Lab, Food Art Corner, and Nutri Ball Toss, participants gained nutrition knowledge in a fun, engaging, and accessible way. Each activity encouraged healthier food choices while inspiring families to build happier and more nutritious meals together.

Flourish – A Space to Nurture Family Bonds and Strengthen the ONE UEH Community
Within the UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University model, the term “Flourish” represents a state in which individuals and organizations not only maintain positive mental well-being and life satisfaction but are also empowered to realize their full potential, pursue meaningful goals, and create lasting value for society.
At UEH Family Fair 2026, the Flourish Station served as a vibrant gathering space where families and the broader UEH community came together through creative activities, children’s games, and memorable experiences, celebrating meaningful moments as one united UEH family.

The Flourish Station connected multiple generations of UEHer families through meaningful shared experiences.
Families participated in a variety of creative activities, including kite painting, figurine painting, vegetable art painting, and many age-appropriate games. These experiences created an engaging environment where participants could learn through play, foster creativity, and strengthen connections among family members.

Focus & Resilience – A Space for Nurturing Positive Minds and Inner Balance
As part of the journey toward building UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University – A Holistic Happy University, the activities at the Focus & Resilience Station were designed to cultivate positive mindsets, enhance focus, and strengthen resilience in the face of life’s constant changes. More importantly, the station served as a gentle reminder for every individual to pause, reconnect with themselves, balance their emotions, and develop inner strength through positive daily habits.
At UEH Family Fair 2026, the Focus & Resilience Station provided a peaceful space where families could step away from the pace of everyday life and experience activities that nurtured harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. Participants were invited to experience singing bowl meditation, relax in a tranquil atmosphere, practice gratitude, and write down their heartfelt wishes at the UEH Wish Tree.

As the Happy Journey came to a close, the experiences across the four stations—Healthy Body, Happy Meal, Focus & Resilience, and Flourish—not only preserved meaningful memories for UEHer families but also embodied the core values of UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University – A Holistic Happy University. From promoting healthy lifestyles and nurturing mental well-being to strengthening family bonds and community connections, every activity encouraged positive habits that can be sustained in daily life. Together, these meaningful experiences continue to inspire the ONE UEH community to keep Growing Well Together, moving toward a learning and working environment where every individual has the opportunity to flourish and thrive.
