This journey begins with Healthy Body – Caring for and enhancing physical health; Happy Meal – Building healthy eating habits; Focus & Resilience – Nurturing a positive, focused, and resilient mind; Flourish – Personal development, strengthening community connections, and spreading positive values.
When each individual grows better every day, positive values are disseminated, creating a learning and working ecosystem where people can maximize their potential.
4 Actions for Every UEHer to Grow Well Together – Co-creating a Comprehensive Happy University Environment
Nurturing Healthy Body, caring for and enhancing physical health
Physical health is the core foundation for each individual to learn effectively, work persistently, and maintain a positive state of living every day. A healthy body not only provides energy for daily activities but also contributes to improving mental well-being, increasing concentration, and enhancing quality of life.

At UEH Wellbeing – Flourishing University, Healthy Body is considered an important starting point for building a comprehensive development foundation for the UEHer community. From simple habits such as regular exercise, adequate sleep, proactive health care, to maintaining a balanced lifestyle, every positive choice today contributes to creating a healthier version of oneself.

Building Happy Meal, forming healthy eating habits
Every meal not only provides energy for the body but also directly impacts physical health, mental state, and the ability to maintain daily study and work performance. Therefore, building healthy eating habits is also one of the important foundations of the journey towards a comprehensive happy university environment.

UEH always encourages the community to form positive and sustainable dietary choices, from balancing nutrient groups, prioritizing green vegetables, fruits, whole grains, to limiting processed foods and maintaining a regular daily routine.
Healthy eating is not about strict rules or sacrificing joy in daily life, but about learning to listen to one’s body, understanding personal needs, and proactively caring for health through small decisions every day. A properly nourished body will have more positive energy to learn better, work more effectively, and enjoy life more fully.

Learning together, accompanying each other, and creating positive impacts for the community, every UEHer is now empowered to explore their potential and proactively contribute to the common development of the University and society. When each individual grows, the community grows; when the community grows, positive values continue to spread widely.
