UNIVERSITY ADMISSION 2023: Guidelines for proving priority groups and priority areas in the regular university admission in 2023
To implement the policy of prioritizing enrollment for students from the 20% of households with the lowest income nationwide, UEH has implemented an unrestricted annual enrollment policy for target groups according to Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDĐT dated June 6, 2022, by the Ministry of Education and Training regarding the promulgation of the enrollment regulations for university level; enrollment for college level in Early Childhood Education.

– Students who have their permanent residence (during their time in high school or vocational school) for more than 18 months in area III rural communes and particularly disadvantaged communes in ethnic and mountainous regions as prescribed by the Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee, and the Prime Minister; particularly disadvantaged communes in coastal and island areas; particularly disadvantaged communes, border communes, and safe zones that are part of the investment program of Decision 135 (according to Decision No. 135/QĐ-TTg dated July 31, 1998, by the Prime Minister); particularly disadvantaged hamlets and communes in areas as regulated by the Prime Minister if attending high school (or vocational school) at locations within districts, towns, or cities directly under the province that contain at least one particularly disadvantaged commune. |
