UEH provides low-cost housing or related financial support for its staff.

The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) places great emphasis on the well-being and welfare of its faculty members, staff, experts, and employees who directly contribute to the university’s mission of education and research. To reduce financial pressure, particularly for personnel coming from other provinces or abroad, UEH has implemented multiple housing support policies offering affordable or fully sponsored accommodation, ensuring that every member can work, teach, and conduct research in a stable and friendly environment.

UEH Hotel serves as an academic lodging model designed for lecturers, researchers, and both domestic and international experts during their professional assignments at UEH. The hotel is conveniently connected to UEH’s academic facilities such as the library, self-study zones, conference rooms, and research areas, contributing to an integrated learning and research ecosystem. At the UEH Vinh Long Campus, the university provides on-campus dormitories for lecturers and staff, fully equipped with facilities for living, studying, and research. In addition, UEH provides a housing allowance of VND 1,500,000 per person per month for staff members who need to rent accommodation outside the university dormitory, demonstrating flexibility and attention to individual living conditions.

Beyond on-campus dormitories, UEH Mekong Hotel, a modern accommodation facility located in the Mekong Delta region has been developed by UEH to serve visiting experts, partners, and lecturers on business trips.

Mekong Hotel offers:

+ Discounts ranging from 20% to 100% on accommodation fees depending on the duration and purpose of the stay, applicable to UEH staff and students from other campuses;

+ Up to 40% discount for parents of students visiting for enrollment procedures and 20% discounts for UEHers and their families when staying at the hotel.
